AI Product & Delivery Leader

Toronto, ON

AI product and delivery leader with 15+ years taking AI-enabled products from concept to production in regulated healthcare and life sciences environments. At Loblaw Companies, I led product strategy and delivery for an AI/ML platform serving Canada’s largest pharmacy network — 1,300+ stores and 10M+ patients — spanning NLP, machine learning, and predictive analytics embedded safely under PIPEDA and enterprise data governance. Before that, as founder and CEO of Dagantech, I built a cloud-native AI company end-to-end: validating the opportunity with customers, shipping a production ML platform, and earning international recognition including first place in the Syngenta AI Challenge.

I hold an MBA in Innovation & Technology Management from Toronto Metropolitan University and a PhD in Medical Genetics from the University of Toronto. My research background — including work at SickKids and publications in Nature and peer-reviewed journals — grounds my judgment on where AI genuinely moves the needle in clinical and regulated settings.

Currently advising health and life sciences clients on AI product strategy, evaluation design, and responsible AI governance.
